Clinical Pilates is a safe and effective way to strengthen, tone and repair your body. This form of exercise focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility and breathing. A variety of different equipment is utilized including Allegro 2 Reformers, trapeze table, Swiss balls, Pilates rings, foam rollers and weights.

Classes at Recharge Physiotherapy are limited to 6 people and are run by qualified physiotherapists. A Pilates assessment is required to prior to starting a class and we may recommend individual Pilates sessions if you have complex injuries/problems or low fitness levels. These sessions allow us to understand your body better, discuss your goals and develop an individualised program.
